Whether you’ve journaled before or are just curious, this workshop is all about slowing down, getting creative, and letting your thoughts flow through art. You’ll have access to tons of collage materials, stickers, textures, and paper goodies to bring your pages to life. Every creation turns out different — because it’s your story, your vibe, your safe space to express yourself.

Junk journaling is more than just crafting it’s therapeutic. It helps quiet the mind, release stress, and spark creativity as you cut, glue, and layer your emotions into art. It’s a peaceful and freeing way to reconnect with yourself through creativity.

All materials will be provided — journals are not included. Just bring your creativity and an open heart.
